From Rockford to the World – Celebrate Our Latin Roots

This event includes a special fiesta celebration for our Colombian community, as Colombia celebrates its Independence Day on July 20.
We are excited to present Latin tropical sounds by a local known DJ and two talented groups, one of which is the well-known international band, La Sonora Dinamita de Colombia.
This event will also include an open mic/talent time, dance performances, artist displays, live beauty art, and vendors. These vendors may feature informational tables for banking, insurance, community resources, authentic Latino food, handmade jewelry, and custom Latino gear and snacks.
